We have taken precautions across the garage to ensure both our staff and business are working safely and responsibly for the good of our customers, following all Government and NHS guidance and acting quickly in response to the Covid 19 Pandemic.
Our garage is now OPEN on an appointment basis only to restrict and limit the amount of customers on our forecourt. We have made certain measures to help customers purchase a vehicle with as minimum human contact as possible. It's clear that face-to-face contact is going to be severely restricted for a long time to come and so it's going to be critical to be able to facilitate remote/online sales.
We have modified your buying experience to enable you complete the purchase of your vehicle from the comfort of your own home

- Video walk-around of vehicles so you can view vehicles in the comfort of your own home.
- Additional pictures if required
- Pre approved finance without visiting our premises.
- You can also verify and sign your finance documents in the comfort of your own home.
- Free Delivery to your home/work at a time that suits you.

Our forecourt is now open but remains Appointment Only so that we can restrict the number of people on site and ensure the safety of visitors and our staff at all times. Yours and our safety and well being is our number one priority so we have followed the latest government guidelines to make sure the correct precautions have been put in place. WHERE CAN YOU VIEW OUR CARS?
All our cars are available to browse on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and from the comfort and safety of your own home. Each car page has an enquiry form where you can request more information, request a viewing, receive a finance quotation, reserve or purchase a car.
WHAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY?
Our cars can be purchased online via our enquiry forms and all paperwork digitally signed and correspondence carried out electronically or over the phone. If you are wanting to visit the forecourt prior to purchasing a car, please contact us to make an appointment at an available time.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR?
If you would rather pick the car up yourself, it can be collected using our contactless Click & Collect service. Alternatively we can arrange for a contactless delivery to your home, we’ll even post your car keys through the door in order to observe social distancing rules. Any of our cars can also be reserved using a holding deposit, ready to be collected at a later date at your discretion.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE WE TAKING DURING THIS TIME?
We are constantly reviewing government guidelines during this uncertain time as the safety and health of our colleagues and customers are our number one priority. All of our cars whether being collected or dropped off, are sanitised and disinfected routinely and multiple times. In the office we have put social distancing markings in place and installed a sanitisation station and protective screens, as well as using contactless payments where possible. Protective clothing is worn by our staff dealing with customers including the use of disposable rubber gloves and face masks, we also ensure that steering wheel and seat covers are used on every car being moved and then disposed of correctly.
