If you don't like the car the reservation fee is refunded right away.

How it works:

SELECT YOUR CAR

Visit our website and choose from our fantastic selection of great used cars. With lots of high-quality pictures, video walkaround and a detailed description we make it even easier for you to fall in love with your new car.

CONTACT

You can contact us on 01772 396312 to discuss the car in more detail, answer any questions and take the payment over the phone using a credit or debit card or via Bank transfer.

RESERVE

A fully refundable £200 reservation fee secures the car for you to get out and view at a time to suit. We work to incredibly high standards and with complete transparency so we are ultra-confident you will be delighted when you finally arrive to view and test drive the car.

VIEW

You arrange a date and time and then you get to see, touch, view and drive your new vehicle. If you're happy with it then the deal can be completed. We have a complete no pressure sales environment, so if the car is not suitable for you no problem we'll happily refund your money shake hands and thank you for your visit.
We can even pick you up from the local train station if you let us know in advance.

COLLECTION

At Docklands Motor Company, most cars are ready to drive away the same day so you can choose to drive away on the spot or arrange to come back and collect at your convenience. We even offer nationwide delivery at very reasonable rates.

FINANCE / PART EXCHANGE

If you've got a car to part exchange, wish to discuss and prearrange finance, then just advise one of the team when reserving your car and we can discuss the best options available to you and have a finance decision in place in advance of your viewing.

IF YOU LEAVE A RESERVATION FEE, WE HOLD AND WITHDRAW THE CAR FROM SALE FOR YOU. IT'S A MUTUAL COMMITMENT. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL NOT REFUND THE FEE IS IF YOU FAIL TO VIEW THE CAR AS AGREED IN PERSON. ALL CARS RESERVED MUST BE VIEWED.
