Very good and efficient service

I recently purchased a new car and docklands were very helpful and quick at completing the sale. They made sure all the correct checks were done on the car before collection and serviced the car and put a fresh MOT on for me even when it had 9 months left on its previous MOT. Very happy with my new purchase Peugeot 3008 :)

This is how used car buying should be everywhere. I had to rate 5 stars as the entire experience was professional, smooth and easy. I found the car I wanted, arranged to view it, and when I went to the showroom, it was positioned ready for me. I was given the keys and allowed to spend as much time with the car by myself. All questions were answered clearly, I took a test drive and placed a deposit. The MOT was renewed, Full valet inside and out, and on collection, my car tax was sorted for me as was any paperwork to register the car and to take my old car as part exchange. I would 100% recommend Docklands to anyone and I would buy my future cars here based on my experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience. The guys are friendly, super efficient, and massively trustworthy. Couldn’t be more pleased with the car, but what you want to know is whether to feel confident purchasing from them, and you absolutely can. The process of purchase was simple and straightforward, I had kept my reservations as I did not run a test drive but inspected the vehicle physically and left it to be delivered to me.
I have waited a month after my purchase to write my review, the after sales support was fantastic and Saqib from the sales team was fantastic. I sure will be recommending DCC motors to others sir a seamless experience.
