My experience with Docklands Motor Company was excellent, from start to finish. I met Michael for my test drive and he was friendly and chatty throughout. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. My husband spotted that the back brake pads were low, and requested for them to be replaced before we collected the car. Saj made sure this and the MOT were done. When we collected the car, Saj was there for the handover and showed us the brake pads that had been taken off. They were actually fine, they just appeared low due to the way Toyota chamfer the edges. We appreciated the fact that they could have refused to replace them based on this fact, but didn’t. I was also impressed that they had also replaced the 12v battery, as it had shown to be low on charge during their vehicle check. From my research, I knew that there was a known fault on the Toyota batteries, so having a new one gave me peace of mind for the future. I would have no hesitation returning to Docklands or recommending them to others. Thank you Saj and Michael for a 5 star service.

I would highly recommend Docklands Motor Company to anyone looking to buy a car. I saw a car I liked on Auto Trader so that day I was in the area so I called in and spoke to Michael about the car, Michael was lovely and very helpful, he handed me the keys and let me look at the car in my own time and he didn’t hover. Afterwards I sat down with Michael and told him I wanted to PX my vehicle in and he looked at it and gave me a fair price for the car. I went away and felt positive about the whole experience with Docklands, it was nice that Michael didn’t see me as a woman by herself car shopping who may not have any experience with cars he was just easy going. On returning on the Monday after seeing the car Friday, we sat down to do the finance and it wasn’t the easiest thing but Michael was more than patient with it all. It took a while for the fiancé company to sort things out which meant I had to leave and both myself and Michael updated each other throughout the day. With the finance taking so long I thought that I wouldn’t be able to pick my car up till a week later, but I was very wrong, I got a phone call that afternoon saying I could collect the car the next day. I was over the moon! The whole experience from start to finish has been 5 stars and I would highly recommend anyone that wants a nice car and a nice experience buying one to go to Docklands Motor Company.
