We drove all the way from North Wales to look at an Audi TT, and the customer service we received from the start was brilliant, very helpful and friendly staff and did all they good to assist us. I bought the TT and picked it up on Saturday and I’m very pleased with it. Can highly recommend them

Very friendly inviting staff at docklands made to feel welcome as soon as you step onto the forecourt. Helpful staff and by far the best I've been to. The car is up to the highest standard they are willing to help you anyway from the minute you test drive to the aftersales of the vechile would recommend anyone who wants a high end affordable car to pop down and take a look for yourselves if I could give you more than 5 stars then I would thanks for the car we love it

I bought an Audi A6 from them, i liked the car but been misinformed at the start when i asked about if they have changed the timing belt because it was due which i found out 3 weeks later. Tried to speak to them and find a reasonable solution but was messed around and then when i contacted the finance company they sorted it out. They did fix the problem and provided me a good service but i think it was just that one salesperson who didn’t do his job properly.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We're glad we resolved your issue with the timing belt in the end. Yes, we can both agree you were misinformed by our salesman in regards to when the timing belt was due on the vehicle. We can apologise for that. It was a mistake on our salesman's part. But we do disagree in the fact that you were 'messed around'. You wanted us to pick your vehicle up, carry out the timing belt change, fix all the scratches (which we rejected doing) and drop your vehicle back off to you. At no point did we say we wouldn't carry out the repairs for you. We just mentioned we couldn't pick the vehicle up, fix your supposed scratches and drop the vehicle back off to you. Your finance company agreed with us and asked you to drop the vehicle off to us for the timing belt to be replaced. It is only then you agreed and also a courtesy car was provided to you whilst the vehicle was having its timing belt replaced. Overall we're glad we managed to resolve your issue, we hope you will consider us again in the future. Thanks again
