    Great Friendly Professional Service!

    Very friendly professional service from this Company! Saj, Michael and Imran were extremely efficient and obliging…..we bought a lovely low mileage BMW M2 and part exchanged our treasured BMW M4! We would highly recommend this Company as they arranged a service for the new vehicle, 12 months MOT and a 6 months warranty too!     Can’t fault my experience with Docklands Motors

    When I saw the calibre of vehicle these guys sell and the positive reviews they have, I was happy to buy my next car from them. My BMW was sat out back hidden behind a newer vehicle. I was trusted to pull the car out to take a proper look around. It’s one of the older vehicles that would probably not normally make it to their forecourt, however the car is in such great condition they were selling it themselves. I was happy to take the plunge with my 420d Xdrive with 100300 miles on the clock. The car is a credit to its previous owner and will hopefully last me a good few years. I got a decent part ex price for my old Audi even with an expiring MOT and numerous MOT failures. The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure selling and Michael was happy to answer any post purchase questions via watsapp and telephone. I’d happily go back when I’m ready to upgrade my car in the future.

    Deceitful

    Did not spot the displaced sill as was hard to see unless viewed fro an odd angle. Told company the car had not been in any incident or out of my sight or from my security cameras which all indicated nobody had been near car so 100% must have been a problem before collected. They just said - tough not our problem. You judge a company by its after sales - this one is awful and rude as they basically called my history of the events a lie.

    Hi John, Disappointed with the feed back that you have left us after such a positive sale. You purchased a vehicle from us. You viewed the vehicle in our indoor, fully lit and dry showroom. You were left alone to inspect the vehicle at your own accord which you took approximately 45 mins to view. You even took out a tape measure to measure dimensions on the vehicle. After you were satisfied, you rang us a few days later to proceed with the sale. No pressure at any point was put on you to purchase the vehicle. You then rang us a week later insinuating there is damage to the sill of the vehicle which was already there at the point of sale. This was unrealistic as we would have noticed this ourselves and you would have also, given the time you took to inspect the vehicle. If it was there and was brought to our attention, we could have rectified the apparent problem prior to collection. You also rang us the day after this stating "Hi Michael, i think ive solved the mystery. You won't be hearing from me again". You mentioned on the phone call that the vehicle went to a company to have a GHOST immobiliser fitted. The company you used confirmed they ran the wiring through the sill on the vehicle and you were to return to them to have it rectified. You then rang us back again after this to state the company who fit the immobiliser have now mentioned they didn't run the wiring through that sill and they misunderstood the problem. You mentioned in your review the vehicle has not been out of your sight, yet it was sent to a third party for the immobiliser to be fitted. You also mentioned we said 'tough not our problem' and called your 'history of events a lie'. At no point have we ever said the above and we can confirm that with our recorded conversations and email transcript. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for cosmetic damages on your vehicle after you have purchased it. The damage could have happened at any point and at any time so you cannot be '100%' sure it was there already. You initially blamed us, then your immobiliser company then back to us again. You had ample time to inspect the vehicle and no doubt you would have noticed any cosmetic defects on the vehicle. We believe you were happy with our service up until this, we hope you would consider us again in the future.

    Very professional outfit with excellent communication throughout the whole process of buying a car from them .Very friendly staff with no pressure to buy when viewing cars on their premises .The quality of their cars is very high & presented very well .I would highly recommend visiting Dockland motor company if you are in the market to change your car.

    The whole process was easy as pie. Applied through Zuto at 2pm, test drove at 4, and drove the car home the next day. Very knowledgeable staff, and genuinely nice people, too. 10/10 would recommend Docklands

    I recently bought an Audi A5 from Docklands Motor Company and found them to be extremely professional from start to finish. I dealt with Mohammed and found his customer services skills to be excellent. Also their after care is worth a mention, the vehicle developed a small fault after collecting and they took the vehicle back, had it repaired and was back with me within 24 hours! Highly Recommend

    Poor Service

    Absolute shocking service. Bought an M5 from them and assured me of a premiun warranty as i was buying but they gave me premium warranty booklets away but hidden in the paperwork it had a maximum claim limit of £250 for a BMW M5 and unable to take to dealer. They offered to upgrade it to £500 claim limit but that still was not what we agreed on before money changed hands. They offered to refund me the warranty price so i could get my own warranty which i did and paid the extra cost myself. My warranty required a pre inspection which showed a current steering pump fault, Docklands said it wasn't there when i bought it 7 days before but they gave me papaerwork when i bought it and it says its an existing fault from 2k miles before i bought it, nothing to say it was repaired. I was supposed to get the premium warranty but a no use bronze warranty was put in place.
